we have our email server hosted by our ISP in USA. When staffs comes in the morning to get their mails, the network gets slow. Now what i want is that if there is away where by we can deploy an email server on our network here that will pulled down all the mails and when staffs come in the morning they can jst get there mails direct now thru this said server which will make the mail to come down very fast. Each staff will still use there diff system.
If any one knws best description to this or have idea shld kindly share it. Help pls

Your present email server slows down when your staffs are online during work hours.

All you require now is a solution on how you can get the emails faster. If this is exactly what you are requesting for then I have the following questions to ask.
--- What is your bandwidth per month?
--- What is your mail quota for each staff and what are their mail drops count per day?
--- Another is, what email client do you use?

I think understanding these can offer solutions to your problem.
