Please who is responsible for monitoring bank charges in nigeria because UBA wants to kill me. Is there no regulatory institution for monitoring what banks charge customers or whether banks should inform customers of all charges they should expect? UBA overcharged me and are refusing to answer to my complaints.
han han this is just too much. There should be a movement for change and it should start with us here but what avenues are available to us in this country.

Imagine NDIC has a complaints section on their website that you canot post complaints to.
