yes nah. why do u think you should be exempted? probation? that's doesn't affect the deductibles.
tax goes to the govt.
pension is for u anyway and there might be a HR policy in place
when u were given employment, they selected you out of many, so, they had the intention of keeping you.
probation is just to give room for benefits of doubts and to test-run you to either prove them right or wrong in considering you above the other applicants.
so you can see that probation has no effect on pension and tax.
