i see you require a lot of educating. Nigeria is said to consume around 40million litres of PMS daily. Evidently, a plant that has capacity for 5million litres daily is not sufficient. Their functioning only reduces/minimises import and its costs. The point being made is the reality of the Kaduna refinery's production. Don't get lost or confused, this isn't rocket science or advanced physics.
Have u seen the subsidy receipt issue since June? it is not different from what was issued in December 2014. If that 5million liter/gallons are real , it will be less. The one issue for September is more than what "corrupt" Jona and NOI issued. That math about 8/5 millions is to deceive the gullible and APC minions.

He said: “I am pushing to build new refineries next to our existing plants to boost the nation’s refining capacity for the common good.
“The new refineries will be developed by private investors and NNPC’s role will be just to provide them with space close to the existing refineries to enable them share key facilities such as pipelines and storage facilities.”

I am particularly impressed with the above, it shows that someone is thinking...

Just to make it look like things are different under buhari, these people keep giving press release that are less than the truth. None of the reffinaries is working. If they were working, olodo buhari will not issue licence to import fuel. buhari have been paying subsidy since june

Let us be fair and reasonable. How do u expect the refineries to start working after a short time The fact that they are courageous enough to give timelines should be commended. The Kaduna refinery is actually working but producing diesel. If you live in Kaduna it is quite easy to tell when the refinery is working. You will always see the fire burning on the tubes or whatever it is called.

That fire was burning in 2008, 2009. Nobody expect magic from buhari but. his minions are quick to ascribe any positive news to buhari even if the news is a lie. The simple truth is that those refineries will not work if FG keep paying subsidy. At best, it will refine few gallons. Even that few gallons will take a few mere go round trip and appear in Lagos where it will be declared imported. Jona tried to do something about it but Nigerians ignorantly fought against it.

cc basilo101, huangcheng, tete7000, mee234, leanalyst etc.

Note that the refinery is already working and producing 1.5million litres or so of PMS daily. What they're doing is a Shut down to carry out a phase of their maintenance. This is a refinery that didn't produce 1litre all these while. Relax

My brothers all those are hoax. I have decided not to be deceived. They said power had improved in first 100. days. They pretended to improve power and 100 days has passed and power back to normal after a few days. There is no honesty these days.

Power improvement is not an hoax. It is real and tangible to many people irrespective of political ideology.

Believe want you want my brother. I won't be deceived. Edo and Delta haven't seen the improvement & I am sure there are more people who will testify in other parts of no improvements or false improvements.

IN abuja and Kano no improvement. Some places in Abuja were droped from stations where power is stable for stations that are less stable. Abuja was getting about 420megawatt. during jona's time. As for today, Abuja is still getting the same power allocation.

Thank you. I believe more people are experiencing poor power supply. I don't know where and how it has improved?
