You may reason with your brain but you can only believe in your heart. God made it so. The Word is to be received into the heart (your spirit). It most times will disagree with your reasoning (senses). Romans 10:10- "for with the heart, man believes. . . ". my heart don't think anything, my brain does. it is the responsibility of my brain to think, thus believing anything. if you do forget your brain , then choose to think and believe anything with your heart, you are on your own, though it is impossible to do that.
