when God create the animals he saw that its good , infact evidence reveal that he care so much for his animal creations , so I dont know where people got the notion that all animals are cursed for a sin they know nothing about ! WHY DO ANIMALS DIE ? the truth is that animals are programmed to act on instinct and they are not created to live forever , " unreasoning ANIMALS , [size=25] born naturally to be caught and destroyed " [/size] 2 Pet 2:12 can you see ? They are born NATURALLY to be caught , that is killed by humans for food or clothing ; and if not killed , they will eventually be destroyed , that is their lifetime will end . Thats the only 2 options for animals

Gen 4: Cain brings an offering up to the Lord from the fruit of the ground and God rejects it because He had caused the ground.

Abel brings a sheep and God respects it.

Now, according to the topic: why do animals die if they didn't eat the fruit.

Firstly, we know diseases didn't occur until after man's sin. Now animals today die naturally because of diseases. Well, did they eat of the fruit? Why are they partaking in diseases?

Secondly, Animals yes could be killed by man as one was even killed by God to provide clothing.

The same way Adam could also strangle Eve or stab her with a knife and then she would die. Or bleed to death.

But He couldn't do that because even though that was possible he had not yet known the knowledge of evil.

Or before the fall, would have man's flesh be impenetrable from a knife attack?

Point: Animals can also die of diseases naturally because of Man's sin. Or you want to tell me they could have died of diseases there in the garden.
