Yes due process! Funny how those who scream due process are the ones who always have skeletons to hide.

Even when Tinubu was invited by the CCB, due process wasn't followed, yet he still appeared...

Do not be surprise if Ekweremadu decamp to the APC.
The constitution is clear on that, if he decamps he ll lose his seat

You should know the EFCC can not have its eyes every where, that's why they rely on well meaning citizens andthe civil society to petition them when they have evidence of frauds...

So the corruption of two former governors of the same state is conveniently easy for the EFCC to miss.
I see you conveniently refused to reply the fact that wike already provided proof to the EFCC of amaechi's corruption which is evident anyway.
Anyway, i can't fault you for lack of attempt however childish.

Merely reading the comments in this thread, you will know the problem of Nigeria is not leaders but we citizens. Somebody was accused; very simple, all we want is for him to appear before the court and say his own side of the story SIMPLE... Guilty or Not! A whole president of the SEnate of the federal Republic of Nigeria cannot even respect the law, abi se Code of conduct tribunal was not established by act of law ni, so, why all this movie... I cry for this Nation not because of our leader but because of the clueless and corrupt citizens that lack common sense to differentiate right from wrong... Guilty or No guilty... Let Saraki appear b4 the law!!!! If this case is buried or rubbished then believe me The hope of this Nation is being buried gradually.... If it was an undergraduate that was charged of stealing... Na like 50 handcuffs sars go take carry am go court even when he has not been pronounced guilty by court.. Nobody is bringing our dear SP with handcuff all we want is for him to respect himself and appear b4 the court... This can't even happen in a well civilised country... If we are crying that we want to be developed we really have to understand the basics of what is means...

Is Saraki on his way to prison now That is my point.

I have stated prayer and fasting since last Friday to see the looter is committed to prison. angry

Thereafter, the remaining treasury looters will follow suits.
Saraki is not going to any prison, even God won't answer that prayer.

Laughs against 1,500 Imams praying and fasting that he should not smell prison road talk more of prison wall. Imagine the country we now live in. Criminality is show business in this country, with criminals now having fans and supporters club. It does pay to be a criminal in this country.

Mr man, I know not whether Wike submitted a petition to the EFCC, its easy for us all to shout and rant, Wike who is in more position to follow his petition and see it come to fruition is hiding under the guise of "the EFCC hasn't done anything about it" according to you, shouldn't that be a clear indication that something is amiss?

How do you separate the leaders from the citizens/residents. The leaders are representatives of the residents. When the rest of the world say Nigerians are corrupt, the residents say no, it is our leaders. However, we can see that Nigerians are corrupt people and we are just not serious about fighting it.

You are absolutely right... Sometimes I always ask my self a question, why did God created me in this lawless country.. The next moment I ask for forgiveness... It's very sad that some people would still support a law maker that is running away from law cos of their hatred for the president because of the region he is from... I doubt if Nigeria would ever be good cos our first problem is mind set.... They are hungry yet celebrating those that inflicted poverty on them....

Why would any sane man say this is witch hunting? Really with people like you, Nigeria has no future.

They want to probe jonathan and his ministers in d last govt and they said it's witch hunting that why isn't PMB probing APC members...

Now a very corrupt APC member is being probed and one idiiot is saying it's witch hunting.

When they probe silva in bayelsa or any other place, our south south brothers will shout victimization. How can we ever get it right if we don't start from somewhere??

Now they don't hate the president. They just don't want to subject themselves to the law. Saraki is afraid and all he is doing is throw tantrums and shades, recruit imams and supporters club to protest. It is also a shame that the President of Nigerian Student Union is also part of the protesting group

LaBarca, this case will linger on. They will spend months arguing and sorting out the technicalities of this case because the process leading up to the case has been revealed not to be compliant to the laws governing the CCB and the Tribunal.

Tinubu was let off the hook on technical grounds, Saraki is doing same. Judges on earth cannot judge some of these thieves, we can only wait for God's judgement.
