av been trailing this issue of saraki on trial online today waooooo i can see corruption is now been fully checked in our society if a citing senate president is been docked for some minutes for gross misconduct in false asset declaration really it is not business as usual well the CCT has adjourned the trial till oct 21 we will wait and see. in this case if the tribunal found saraki guilty of his case his seat will be declared vacant by the tribunal.

in this case am seeing here saraki won't win the case cos' he has alot of case to answer in efcc and icpc chaiiiii saraki is a thief he should be stoned.

By my own understanding, d punishment is relinquishing of d office wich d accussed occupies as at d time of declaration of assets. What he is accused of ryt now is what had happened as far back as 2003 when he was Governor... Why should he now relinquish his SP office when he hasnt declared his assets after becoming SP?

i watch some journalist about their views in saraki's case they said if the CCT found saraki guilty of his crime of false asset declaration his seat will be declared vacant.

as far sa saraki case is concern it can't be erased in our mind he's a thief and should be questioned.
