Wow!  I know this is an old post, but whoa!  What does buying gifts have to do with the intensity of one's devotion?  So, if he doesn't have money to buy necklaces, he doesn't truly love you?  What if your friend gets a more expensive necklace from her mate, they're more in love than you and yours?  No offense, this is a very warped mentality.  Maybe I misunderstood.  Take this site seriously to your own detriment.  SMH.
