Sahara reporters should STFU!!

You'al are calling for an over haul because Prof Joy Uche Ogwu is Igbo.

GEJ once missed his UN meetings and was cartooned by all the daily. Whoosh 'head rolled'?

Sahara I bet you just received your pay check from Tinubu. Can we now have peace?

In as much as I am displeased with the embarrassment the President has suffered in the hands of my Igbo sister. I propose that this matters should be seriously investigated: was she at anytime denied access to the president? did the President' have other personal and political schedules like having a meeting with OBJ and others which she didn't know and thus which obstructed her schedule for the president etc. And if Ogwu intentionally mismanaged the President's schedule she should resign. Such incompetent acts shouldn't be tolerated at such high level meetings.

However, I know that if it were to be a Hausa person that was in charge of the President's schedule such embarrassing situations wouldn't have happened because it seems Mr President is only competent in relating and doing things properly with people from his ethnic group. And this is really not proper in a society like ours.

I guess they were taking picture while meeting was going on. another blunder, he missed his way just like he does in aso rock and passed thru the gate not meant for heads of states. The height of irresponsibility is when you are wrong and try to put the blame on someone else.

Is the President resident in Nigeria supposed to know the schematic of the UN building?

What is the role of the supposed permanent representative to the UN who is stationed there and should be privy to the scheduled activities and their importance or otherwise to Nigeria? Or why exactly is the government keeping a dummy in the UN with tax payers funds.

The height of stupidity is when factual information on roles and responsibility is made available to you, but you insist without any fact, that your suppositions on who is to blame must remain as you had decided when you still wallowed in ignorance.

Buhari should leave Joy Ogwu alone and face all your coming misfortunes and disappoints. Buhari and apc have not seen any thing yet. More and most serious disapointments and failures will continue to come your way. When the west and north want to turn down the country because of GEJ, you people think nature will favour you. Expect more confusion. If like remove that lady, Joy as you are doing to Saraki, your problems, disappointments, failures will be in the increase at the fastest speed. Tufiakwa.

All of a sudden, the same set of people who poked all manner of fun that the president did not show up for meetings, are suddenly telling the media to hush it when the mediocrity of a diplomat is revealed.

Why?

She is "our sister".

Some people can never change their inherited traits.

Buhari and the 'leanest' delegation to the UN are busy with their body-language swag.

Buhari not present at UN high powered fundraiser for Boko Haram's refugees, presidency said meeting not important, saharareporters says it's Joy Ogwu's fault.

Buhari came late to a 'greet' the pope (a very 'important' meeting), saharareporters says it's Joy Ogwu's fault.

What could she have done differently to get Buhari up on time to attend the meeting with the Pope? Massage him with olive oil while titillating his senses with vanilla ice cream? Perhaps she's to be blamed too for the APC meeting held at ICC Abuja which he failed to attend because he slept off and which created the lacuna that Saraki exploited. Abi?

StOla:

What is the role of Nigeria's permanent representative to the UN?

If this said public servant is not playing his/her role or is redundant owing to your expectation that such duties should be covered by the president's staff who are not permanent representatives to the UN, do you then suggest the president should sack the redundant public servant and save public funds?

Nigeria's UN rep, is not the protocol officer of the presidency. Nigeria was not absent from the pope's address, Muhammadu Buhari was.

My thoughts exactly
ichoku:
Ok. Some days ago you were praising Baba for travelling wth just 25 persons when you know full well that the number is too lean. I'm sure it was done for public show. Now deal with the public embarrasment and leave Ogwu alone. This could also be another way of shoving her aside in order to bring in another 97 percenter.

Buhari attitude proves the fact that he isn't prepared for this job .he is confused and seems lost in the midst of everything and one thing that is really scaring me is once Nigeria politicians decode buhari deep cluelessness ,they will pieces him to shreds . He better gets his acts together and stop gallivanting about like a giraffe that has missed its road

Too many dullards on this forum. It was the same thing The Cable reported and you're still accusing Sahara Reporters of 'Media Propaganda' and 'looking for who to blame'. Meanwhile, on the other thread from Cable News, many of you dullards couldn't comprehend what actually went wrong and could only pick out the President missing the important meetings. The hatred in your hearts didn't allow you to digest the earlier report from The Cable, but only saw opportunity for bashing the President. And this is why the same news as reported by Sahara Reporters now seems strange. You all need help, sincerely.
