Fish!! I love eating fish. Let’s talk abt fish and your favorite fish dish. I have some all time favorites. Salmon: ummm yummy. I love salmon although it is expensive, I make sure to eat it weekly. I made rodoish salmon last week. Thinking of what to do with my salmon this week…maybe stew. Wild salmon taste really wild  . Although I still eat it, most of the time, I go for farmed salmon.Tilapia: Oh lala! I love my tilapia. I usually get live ones fished out from the tank by the Chinese guy and ask them to clean and cut it. I love tilapia stew with hot rice  Snapper: oh goodness! One costly hell of a fish. Taste good if you use it right away. nice for making efirin soup Cod: ummm this one is really good. Just marinate it in good ol’ vinegar and splash some pepper on it and bake. Good to eat with salad. Catfish: oh! Looking for a good stew to welcome an hungry African student? Try catfish stew with lots of pepper. Great for fish peppersoup. Rockfish: umm taste nice. I ate it once at a Mediterranean restaurant…costly yeah but I didn’t pay for the meal. Okay, let’s have your own kind of fish and what you normally cook it with. |

Hhahaha, I love fish o. Don't mess with my fish  I prefer catfish, so good, esp fried with Jasmine rice and hot pepper soup. cheii!!! Try some catfish with garri, hmmmmmmmmmmm Eww, I hate Tilapia fish. Tried it once, tasted like like. . . .I don't even know sef  double eww, rockfish LOOKs inedible jor |

Not a lover. I eat it once in a while especially with moin moin. But to dedicate a whole soup/stew to just fish, mba, no!!! |

hate fish hate crabs hate eels hate octopus hate shrimps hate oysters hate lobsters hate periwnkles hate snails hate any animal that comes from the sea or one that looks like them If fish is the only thing on the menu,it'd better be grilled salmon that's the only one I can "manage" because it's not as slimy as the others It has the texture of boiled yam 1 Like |

great! stillwater, yes boiled fish, deboned and shred, really make your moin moin delish one thing i want to try this summer is buy a charcoal grill and skewer. get catfish and then bend it myself and hold it in place with the skewer then smoke it like they do it at home lol. i'm dreaming of this method maybe then i can try Silk garri  |

@ osisi lol i see. i love hen too but i get tired of them easily. give me fish stew anyday, as long as it has lots of hot aromatic pepper in it not a fan of plan fish stew @Sillk cook out ke no, just to try home thing here. i have to ask around for the best wood to use . just need smoked catfish for my okra or ogbono soup, well, maybe it's just a dream |

@ David when on break, i stay with my sis and there are farmer markets where she lives, lots of catfish there. sometimes i do come across catfish at weg but no skin. |

There are few things that taste better than a well seasoned, whole baked fresh fish. Chicken and beef are mundane; seafood, goat meat and bush meat, are where its at!!! |

i hate everything and anything about fish. it stinks its slimy its hard to prepare: not like i care anyways its boney: can't stand it what about the scales? huh i can only eat deep fried fish. |

~I love My Fish Either Grilled/Fried & Well Seasoned w/ a twist of Ginger. . .Dont Eat or Cook Dry Fish tho . .cant get my pallete around the taste . . hate it!! ~Some of My fav. Fish & how i like to Eat/Make them  ~Salmon . . .I love Enjoy making for Parties/Social Gathering/Celebration . .I love the colour of salmon! ~Snapper . . I love w/ my Stew & Cassava/Rice Diced into 3,Fried . .I enjoy it Just grilled on its own w/ Salad & Plantains ~Sea Bass . . .Grilled w/ Soy Sauce & Pilau Rice ~Cod . . .Baked or as a Fillet . .I Indulge w/ Tartar Sauce~ Lemon ~Butter~ Spinach ~Chips ~Talipia . . .I eat Almost everyday . .Grilled w/ a side dish of Plantains ~Salad ~Sweetcorn ~Mash ~Rice ~Herring . .My Nana use to make it for me,Aaah!She draws the bone out in the middle,season & fry . .then she makes some gravy sauce . .never tried making it myself tho,way Too much hassle w/ em bones! one of those things i let my Nana spoil me rotten w/ whenever i go home! |

I'm going bass fishing this weekend at Louisville lake, for only $11.00 for the day pass we normally would catch up to 25 pounds of bass, I love fishing for catfish too, but the muddy lake were we go to fish for catfish is a little ways off. But if anyone is in the Irving area and wants some fish just hook up with me anytime. |
