Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State made a shocking confession recently. The former deputy governor of the state who is now the No. 1 citizen of the south east state revealed that he was seriously flogged by his teachers while in primary and secondary schools. His Excellency confessed that one of his teachers, Mrs. Franca Egwu did not spare the cane on him.
