where u wan see gionee m3 for 16 ,500. dat price is for gionee p4. 16 500 on konga or jumia. gionee m3 is not less than 26k. am using m2 which is not less than 24k anywhere, except if u are going for their mini version which m2 is 14k and m3 is 16 or 17k
