The name of your blog is off-putting although you speak fact. Multiple arrests lead to paid lawyers which in turn is effective to economic growth; its the way their system works.
We should all thank God we don't live there and look forward to bettering our police force, there's not enough police presence here to prevent crimes and the system encourages a reactive approach to situations rather than pro-active.

Do not try it, you'd only end up in the system for assault of a police officer. One arrest is enough to tarnish your image forever in the United States because the system is like a revolving door - you'd only keep coming and going through prison till there's enough evidence to lock you up for good.
The truth is they do not target africans; only african-americans and other minority groups. If they try to arrest you to fill a quota they might just let you go once they hear your accent.

If one spots injustice by the police going at it alone is not the needed course of action. Always try to rally a group of people since groups're harder to arrest or expose them using anonymous means like social media; these two methods would ensure the least possible chance of arrest in any situation.

Cops even harassed mothers of unlawfully arrested kids for kitkat and got PROMOTED. 120,000 kids were falsely arrested for drug/gun possession,grand theft auto,murder and misdemeanours like jay walking when they were COMPLETELY INNOCENT because of a quota arrest system with the connivance of the DA. My goodness!
It strongly appears part of a wider scheme to mass incarcerate blacks to clear urban areas for white influx,a process called gentrification.
