Saudi husband is caught groping and forcing himself on his maid after his suspicious wife set up a hidden camera… but now SHE faces going to jail

Saudi woman suspected her husband was cheating on her with the maid
She set up a hidden camera and filmed her spouse kissing staff member
Video also appears to show the husband kissing maid against her will
Wife may now face jail for defamation or a fine of £87,000

A Saudi woman may face going to jail after she caught her husband cheating with the family maid and posted it on social media.
The woman used a hidden camera to catch her husband in the act, but despite his proven infidelity, she may be the one who ends up being punished.

The video, which she uploaded to YouTube, shows the man forcing himself on one of the family's members of staff, while the maid appears to attempt to resist his advances.

Caught in the act: A Saudi woman caught her husband cheating with the family's housemaid after she hid a camera in their home
The man can be seen talking to the maid, with a second woman, believed to be another maid, also seen walking around in the kitchen.

He then proceeds to kiss the maid with his back turned to the camera, as she appears to try to escape his clutches.
The wife uploaded the clip online, captioning it: 'the minimum punishment for this husband is to scandalise him,' Emirates 24/7 reports.

However, the success of the shaming video may backfire on the wife, a prominent Saudi lawyer has warned.
'She faces up to one year in prison or a fine of SR500,000 (£87,214) for defaming her husband in line with the law on information technology crimes,' lawyer Majid Qaroob told a local newspaper.
'This law includes stiff punishment for anyone using mobile phones with camera or other equipment to photograph others and defame them,' he said.

And here on Nairaland we are told Nigerian men are the worst and Nigeria is about the worst place in the world to be a woman. So there are other places worse than Nigeria for women.

I feel for women in places like Saudi because they are not allowed lots of things I can freely do here. I truly wonder how they cope over there. But who knows if they are even happier than American and British women? Who knows? With the kind of money their husbands have and the kind of luxurious lifestyle they all live, they just might be happier than your average American or British or Nigerian woman even with the lack of Freedom.

How do you if he has been going into the maids room to force himself on her? Quite possible this one he couldn't keep his hands off her in the kitchen that anyone could have walked into.

This is just the way to expose him.
It's not all about divorcing him but helping the poor maid. As she can't report him for rape unless she provides witnesses. How cruel and ridiculous is that? No one would believe her and she might have gotten punished for being raped on top of being raped too.

It's just an express ticket for people like him to get away with forcing themselves on unwilling partners since those girls can't report for fear of being punished for being victims.

There's nothing justified about that lawsuit.
If it was a video of him having consensual sex with someone, then I'd say maybe yea she should just have left him without putting it on YouTube.

But in this video he was clearly trying to molest someone. Which is a crime. (Or not. I guess undecided)
