Why Do Men Hate Jesus So Much? by Anas09: 5:16pm On Oct 11, 2015
I read my Bible everyday, atleast I try to. I try to find the evil or negatives in Jesus that could attrack the kind of vibes we get from people against him. But I don't seem to see any. Is it because I love him that's why I can't see? The same Bible says love covereth Multitude of sin.could that be it?
When I read from the Bible, I see the teachings of Jesus that if I try to adhere to, I'll be at peace and in love with others.
Please, I will want us Naira Landers to list out the attributes of Jesus base on his teachings. Good and bad attributes.
If you are for bad, list out his bad attributes, if you are for good list out his good attributes. Maybe at the end, I can understand why people hate Jesus.

I Am for Good.

He was and is still a giver.
He gave love, he says we shd love our neighbours as we love ourselves
He gave health.
He gave life
He healed the blind, lame, issue of blood.
Raised the dead.
He rescued from dead.
He feed the poor.
He is gentle and preaches gentleness.
He is good, he says we shd be good to others.
He forgives, he says we shd forgive
He says we shd always give to others in need.
In giving, he gave ALL, he gave his life.
What's so wrong in what he ever did? Let's hear from you.
Why are you angry at Him? Be sincere.

The reason why the world hates Jesus is because He is the truth which is a mystry and revelational, asides the world also hate what Jesus represent on earth which is a reflection of God's image and character i:e Jesus is the light that shines in darkness and darkness opposes anything that might to expose it hence there will always be a confrontation.Jesus was an epitome of goodness at its highest peak but He was oppose because the works of the Jews were evil,It also boils down to His disciples they were greatly oppose by forces of darkness through human even up till now.Personally the more Jesus is being oppose up till now the more I am more convinced He is the LIGHT of the world.

John 3:16 - he died for me
Jeremiah 1:5 says before my members were formed in my mother's womb, he knew my name.
Luke 12:7 says that he knows the number of all the hairs on my head.
Psalm 91:11 says "he shall give his angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways and shall bear me up in their hands, lest I dash my feet upon a stone"
John 14:3-- he has prepared a place, (mansion) for me in his father's house (heaven).

Who wouldn't love such a person??

Ok seriously nobody really hates Jesus (Historical if there is any)

People just don't relate to the disturbing ideas and hypocrisy perpetrated by people who think they are adhering to his ideologies but really they are only buying the ideas of a man called Paul.

Jesus evidently enough reflects the ideas of older philosophies, his stance on human interactions has been a trade mark of Buddha long before there ever was a historical Jesus (the one Christianity is built on.) and also exhibits ideologies that reflects that of the Jewish Essene sect.

I for one respect and admire the philosophies of people like Buddha, Jesus, Socrates, Ghandi, Confucius, Carl sagan, Dalai lama and myself grin..

Talk about a much hated Religious figure then you talk about Muhammed!!

I mean nobody really likes that guy except muslims.. grin

I definitely will remember it fondly and i appreciate but i'd rather you don't wallow in more wishful hopes again.

I cannot believe in Personal Gods, that concept i find to be noble but also a childish view in making sense of what is..

Nothing shows it to be more than mere gap filler and its tenets anything more than wishful thinking..

If anything is said to be religious in me then it would be my profound love and dream for a better world, you could say mankind is my religion and the earth is my church.

There is no bad thing to list from anyone about Jesus . I think those who hate Jesus do so because people hate perfection and Jesus is perfect.


I am grateful that I know Him as my savior as I couldn't imagine life without Him!!!  I deal with some people concerning spiritual issues. I discovered that people don't come to Jesus because of PRIDE!!  Scripture clearly talks about it......People avoid the light because they love what they do in darkness.

Nice OP.

Jesus has no sketeton and in fact He is a perfect example of all virtues.

Jesus deserves to be loved by all as He loved us while we are yet enemies of God through sin, He died for us. Greater love has no one than this.

Please note that they do not represent the same God. Also note their ways and teachings are not the same on:

Marriage.

Vengeance.

Peace with both believers and unbelievers.

Veneration of Kaaba not recognized.

Miracles

He being the only way to God since his advent (John 14:6).

Jesus said if you LOVE me keep my COMMANDMENTS (John 14:15). If you do not keep his commandments, he will not recognize you.

meaning.. If mohammed was a true christian, the poison he ate at khabar wouldn't have affected him even without him knowing. You don't go around drinking poison just to prove to people dat you are a christan.

Yes, I have cast demons away through Christ Jesus. It is not as difficult as you think. All you need is surrender to Jesus and you will begin to experience the miraculous. Jesus said ''in my name you will cast out devils''. It is real.

If you take poison deliberately you are putting God to test. But if you take it unknowing God will entervene.

I did take poison inadvertently, all medical solutions failed but I prayed in a night vigil and I was still in pain. At around 5 am, I went to sleep in my car but couldn't. I didn't know when I slept off and around 6 am I woke up and the pain was gone without a trace. Praise Jesus!
