I have been wanting to create this thread but am afraid of the type of response i will get,its here now,am not trying to justify the actions of some bad police officers but you cant use their action to judge the entire police.In every organisation there are bad people but the reason why people see police as wicked humans is because they deal with crime,arrest,restore order, and they are the most closest uniform men to the people.

Whenever you hear someone mention police its bad story that you will hear,i wanted to join NPF but my mom stopped me,in fact ,none of my relatives,friends supported me,there was my uncle that told me if i become police he will not allow me to enter his house again. So i had to gave up on my dream.

So pls my brothers and sisters i am calling on you to be optimistic about police and the police should also change the way they relate with people,its a ver good work.

I don't understand , how Will my thinking about the police change the activities of the police? It's more like the police should change their ways, they I will change my thinking.

Most of these policemen do this evil acts just to get promotions..

A guy was arrested and shot at Ikom local government Area Of Cross river state one early morning by the police and was taken to the station which the case was later transferred to the capital city without his file.

This guy was allegedly accused to be among the Arm robbers that robbed a certain bank at Ikom, the Night before he was shot and arrested the next morning.

His case was transferred from a different court. As I'm chatting with you right now. He's still in the cell awaiting the day his file will be moved from Ikom to Calabar. And he has been in the cell for more than 10years and still counting. He went to the farm to fetch firewoods for cooking that morning.

That is somebody suffering.

Policemen are wicked!!!! And they're cursed!

That perception will never change if people are still not approach with respect by the Police.

Maybe when dey
stop harassing drivers because of #20,
stop co-operating with agbero to disturb drivers,
stop having link with yahoo Boyz,
stop giving out their guns to robbers,
stop supporting the rich over the poor

Then I will change my finking about police.

97% of policemen don't depend on their salary and yiu understand fully well where am driving too.
