'saudi Faces Frenzied Media Campaign' by Nobody: 4:21pm On Oct 25, 2015 |
Saudi Arabia is facing a frenzied media campaign in the West and Iran because of its courageous stands and this should prompt Arabs to respond, the UAE’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs has said. “Saudi Arabia is facing a frenzied campaign in the US and European media. This campaign is far more than mere criticism that we have used to see in that media. It takes much more serious proportions,” Anwar Gargash said on his Twitter page. “Because Saudi Arabia means all the Arabs, there should be a strategy to respond to this campaign. It is a dubious and timed campaign, not coincidental. We should know its purposes and who is exactly behind it.” He said Iran is also involved in the campaign as it seeks to dominate the region and “does not like the collapse of its Arab Spring plans". “The Muslim Brotherhood movement is also playing a role in spreading bad rumors after their own Spring is lost. It seems other regional powers are also involved.” www.emirates247.com/news/region/saudi-faces-frenzied-media-campaign-2015-10-25-1.607988 |
