recently I've noticed some unwanted deductions on my Mtn line.
before I would recharge and use it for days but now if I recharge its goes right out the window.
100 naira recharge, 50 naira deduction leave it for another day and it will be gone.
this is getting out of hand I've met many people who has fallen victim of this.
its makes me wonder if MTN wants to collect the $5.2bln from its customers by all means. A few days ago I recharged my mum's line with 100 naira, then tried to send message but was unable, when I checked the balance was zero. I called customer care immediately and the denied any knowledge if my recharge transaction.
this is unlawful and I hope MTN do some thing about it quickly.

Samething was happening to me but when I called their Customer care center I was told I subscribed a product which I am not aware of. I ask them what to do and I was asked to send STOP to a number. Which I did and since the whenever I try to check my balance it will tell me that the operation I requested is cannot be carried out now or so...
