PREPARING FOR INTERVIEW AND QUESTIONS

Assuming you have a cv and an opportunity is offered, what do you have to offer. Interview is a meeting between two people were one is asking while the other answering, one finding out the asking party and the other trying to impress the employer.

Questions:
1) can you do the job?. When answering such, you are not to start with your qualification or yes/no but instead your skills, ability then before your qualification.
Will you do the job? That is all about your interest. You should be able to have an interest to show to the employer to impress them. You are capable based on your interest. Secondly, your attitude speaks alot and you shoud motivate your response to have a positive attitude and your motivation should be there to impress them.
2) how wil you fit into the organisation? Your personality should be simple and calm to impress the organisation with your personality.
You: impress employer and access position on offer. What do the position offer you, how does it fit to my career plans. The cv from the educational sector should be different from a manufacturing product. The cv needs to be specified in a specific career. Before going for a job you have to consider various things. You should ask your self some certain questions
Interview is all about you, the job and general issues
a) about you: tell me about yourself? Bring me up to date with your cv? Why did you choose that particular degree program?, what experience have you had that is relevant to that post?
Sample answers:
Am jerry, I have gone through my basic, primary, secondary and college education aspect. I have worked in so so and so companies and have experience in that and that.
b) about the job: there are four things about the job you must knw.(note: Never involve friends into your research about the job when in an interview)
I) mission and vision statement ii) what interest you about the job, iii) what do you knw about the organisation, iv) how do you see your carrier developing in 5 years
C) general knowledge: research on politics, try to know things in the country and read news

BODY LANGUAGE: being prepared is half of the battle watch the body language (sit and listen to questions and you are not to be asking a question).
First impression very powerful (your appearance matters and dressing allocate marks, for guys be careful adjusting your suit).

HALO EFFECT: while in an interview, generally avoid swallowing spit while talking because it shows you are hiding secrets. Blinking eyes means I just cant say it, meaning you are not confident. The halo effect is a psychological phenomenon that can influence how we view other people
Note:
Avoid long earrings and noisy shoes
Allow time to relax
Dress appropriately
Entrance, introduction and handshake.
Smile and make eye contact
Be aware of own movement.

CHALLENGING QUESTIONS IN INTERVIEW
1) tel me about your self. proper answer: My name is jerry I have completed my basic, primary, secondary and college educational aspect. I have been working at ......... and I have experience in ......... (history, educational backgroud, work experience, recent carrier experience)

2) what do you know about our organisation? Be in a positive tone. Be able to discuss products and services
3) why do you want to work with us? From the terms of the company's needs, the company is doing things you would like to be involve in..name any project or projects the company is involve in.

4) what can you do for us that some1 else cant? You have every rights and perhaps and obligations to toot ur own horn. Talk about your records of getting things done and mention specific situations from your resume or list of carrier accomplishment saying that your skills and interest combined with the history of getting results makes you valuable.

5) what do you find most attractive about the position? What seem least attractive about it? List three or four attractive factors of the job and mention a single or minor unattractive item.
6) why should we hire you? Create your answer by thinking in terms of your abilities, skills and energy.

7) what do you look for in a job? Keep your answer oriented to opportunities at the organisation. Talk about your desire to perform.

cool how long will you stay with us? Think in terms of "as long as we both feel achievable"

9) what do you look for when you are hired? Talk about your contribution on board and the training the organisation offer that will impact in you

10) why are you living your present job? Do not talk ill or evil about your previous job.

More question as follows
11) give me your definition of ( the position of which you are being interviewed)

12) how long will it take you to make a meaningful contribution to our firm?. Be realistic. Say that I believe I will contribute greatly to this company from my first day of work

13) your resume suggest that you may be over qualified or too experienced for the postition. Whats your opinion?. Say something like. I don't think am over qualified for the position. I just know that am an expert in my field and do my work diligently

14) what do you think you don't like about your previous manager?. Do not say any ill word about your manager

15) what important trend do you see in our industry?
(you need to research about the organisation. Follow them on twitter and facebook and get more imformation)

16) what are your long range goals?. Refer back to planning phase

17) what do you think this position should pay you?. You need to make early research about the position and their pay range.do not state a particular amount. It should be in ranges. Or beta you can ask the range from them.
