sorry I have been busy watching EPL & Madrid matches.
BST *British Standard Time* is the local time in Britain (ENGLAND, WALES, SCOTLAND, NORTHERN IRELAND) before the shift which ironically corresponds to NIGERIAN TIME.
CAT *Central African Time* is usually the Timing Standard for African Countries from which every other country can calculate its own. There is also EAT and WAT (But they are not usually applicable unless someone is outside of east or west Africa)
So if a time is 12:00 CAT, minus 1
if it is 13:00 CAT and above, minus 13, if it is 01:00 CAT and above, minus 1. All above will give you local time in NIGERIA and other 15 West African Countries (WAT) EXCEPT GHANA because GHANA has exactly GMT timing. Take care
