Please someone should help! My itel 1502 data turns on automatically even when am not browsing, what should I do to manually turn it ON and OFF.

NB: whenever I turn it OFF after browsing. It will ON again (auto)

Hello Ruffbamreal, you can try to restore factory settings, but remember to back up important files. If there is still the problem, you can take your phone to our Carlcare Service Center, our technicians there will try to help you with it.
