Looking at the alarming rate of insecurity, brutality by Police and/or other uniformed personnel, would the legalisation of small fire arms for adult Nigerian citizens by the government help to curb the menace?

You think so? But I feel there'll be mutual respect amongst people. Everybody go know inside dia mind say if u form paranoid shoot somebody for no just cause, other equally armed citizen(s) go likely sight u and dem no go waste time to do d needful too. No time.
