This morning I ran into a group of Angry youths and IPOB members who had staged a citywide protest, obstructing movements on the major streets in Uyo. War songs were being chanted and placards tossed in the air.. Then I woke up.. It was 9am already.. I had stayed up all night, watching the FIFA u17 match between Nigeria and Mexico.. Well, for Biafran Agitators, as a Niger Deltan, am watching you on black and white TV, 30 KMs away.. I think we know what we need.. what are igbo doing in my state? well, good for them! war songs, that is just cute! but FG should allow people to riot, if the want as long as the is no violence! but if the is violence take pictures! I hope they don't destroy public property because that will really piss me off! |
