7 hours on Uyo Calabar road as it was over flooded by a river. Some resorted to use of canoe to Calabar on Friday. We were on this spot from 1:30pm to 10pm. We virtually took 11hours to travel from Uyo to Calabar. What more can be disheartening with a country where politicians steal the country dry in billions of dollars. What a shame to the government and the agony the citizens are going through. Let somebody inform the people in charge of this road to fix it. It's a sorry state to behold. We can't continue like this. 1 Share

I know that road. Passed through there sone two weeks back and it was a terrible experience. Unfortunately nothing in Nigeria gets done until it has deteriorated to a level that there's no option. |

Tha is transformation, right there. PDP style. That road has been like that for over 8 years now. It gets worse every year. In addition, the Ikot Ekpene - Aba axis has long been abandoned. I was caught in pictured gridlock for hours on Friday.. ended up turning back to Uyo to pass the night and discontinued my journey to boot. And they all wanted Goodluck to continue... I supported Buhari but I hope he doesn't fix any road in the SE/SS. We love the suffering. GEJ till 2019  |
