Guys whats wrong with my pc suite? Its tells me the pc suite does not support my phone, of which have been using before now

Three or four reasons could be resonsible:
(1) Your phone's usb cable could be faulty
(2) Your phone's usb port may have developed some fault
(3) The file(The part of your PC suit) that enles your your PC to recognize your phone's firemware may have been corrupted(I cant really say whether by a virus or not).

Soution: After checking te above two hardware and symptoms still persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the PC suit
