I lift the higher institution 10 yrs ago and have noted too many changes taking place.
some weeks back I went to see my younger one in the school during their exams and a saw their question paper so I went through and this was what I saw;

instruction;
a) You are trained to be an Engineer and not a story write, answer point to point
b) If you have missed my classes and have not prepared, don't waste your time instead to God.
c) Do not unnecessarily smile at the person setting next to you, they may also not know the answer, moreover exam hall is not the right place for networking
d) Do not get nervous if your friend is taking more sheets, they may be just showing off to make you nervous.
e) It's good to have a lot of beautiful options in life but all question are compulsory here.

my question is, are these instruction necessary?
