Is this the change we crave for... Coming through bus from lag to owerri yesterday I left lag by 5am and we have to queue an nnpc in lag, for almost 2hrs, after that we journeyed to delta for another load up, but on the way, experienced loads of traffic, this November, I wonder how Xmas would then look like. Getting to delta we bought fuel for 140 and here in owerri is sold 170 - 200/litre. Imagine a journey I started by 5am we got to owerri by 8pm. Naija what's happening, them swear for us
