Yesterday was a busy day in Europe. Premier League started as early as 1:30pm in England and as a United fan I went to a viewing centre to watch the match. I have read before commencement of the match that the anthem of France will precede the kick off to commiserate with those that died during last week attack.
But one thing is unique about all viewing centers in Nigeria and that is arguments and criticism (the Yoruba people call it òtè). Immediately all the players started mingling and were about to start France national anthem the debating topic emerged.
The topic was since all the BokoHaram attack in Nigeria when did an international country league sing Nigeria anthem. Then issues and debates started emanating and a lots of arguments and counter arguments.
Then where I was quiet, thinking about their discourse and watching the match I came to conclusions there are significant differences between what happened in France and the BokoHaram war in Nigeria.
1. When the France attack occurred immediately it became a breaking news worldwide. The whole world saw the scene despite being horror and pathetically graphic but in Nigeria there will be a rumor of gunshots and blast then another rumor will emerge saying its a transformer that blow, then another will say many people died, then another will debunk the story that no one died all these conspiracy make the world not to believe us and we don't even believe ourselves. Later like 24 hours pictures from the graphic scene will start to emerge.
2. When France attack occurred all the whole world condemned it and the #PrayForFrance was trending but because of religion, political, ethnicity and behavioral differences some will be condemning and some will sit on the fence and some will even applaud an attack.
3. The final conclusion was the response of France government to the attack. First they grounded all flight and no flight took off, they started working on preventing further attacks, and the response to the victim of the incidence was professional. But in Nigerian the response will be slow, unprofessional and no measures to prevent further attack.
These were my personal thoughts. I condemn terrorism and Nigerians should stop being hypocritical about terrorism.

Number 3 is always the worst in Nigeria. All our government will do is to condemn it saying all those that carried out the terror will be brought to book which up to date have not been achieved. Like Chessing the air.

The best part was how the France retardant bombard the regions with more than 20 bombs. With such force bet you they will think twice before planning any attack if they will remain to because DNA test I squally carried out to ascertain the terrorist. Kudos to their intelligent personnel.
