please can anyone give me the recipe for kidney sauce

u knw evry one has his method n recipe of cooking. but i ope dis will help u
INGRIDENTS:
ONIONS
PEPPER
RED PEPPER(TATTASHE)
CURRY
TYME
MAGGI
SALT
OIL
GREEN PEPPER(OPTIONAL)
GARLIC(OPTIONAL)
KIDNEY
LIVER


METHOD:
Hit oil with salt inside for 3mins
slice onions and add to the hitted salt/oil
wash ur kidney n liver n slice to taste(medium size)
add sliced kidney n liver (dont border stiring)
add curry, tyme,maggi(dnt forget uve added salt at d begging so take caution)
add sliced garlic to taste
1 cooking spoon of water
then cover Note:all dis suldnt take u up to 5mins with the exception of slicing of onions/kidney
cook under medium heat
after 2o-3omins open n stir
u can reduce the heat incase to much n about burning but not done
wen d kidney/liver r tender and soft, off ur gas/stove
den slice your green pepper in a straight like shapes
add the green pepper n close ur pot.after few minutes den you serve.
