I subscribe to the glo bis (1K=3G) on my android after I exhausted the previous subscription one day before it got expired.. they deducted my money and its been over two hours now ...I'm still getting the message that my subscription has expired when I check ...its not browsing... this is very painful because I need to use the subscription now...I've called glo customer care line via 121 and 333 repeatedly but I'm not connected to anyone I can talk to..it just keep hanging up every minute...pls somebody help me
