i was once in a discussion with two of my friend one a jehovah witness member and the other attends a pentecostal church about the topic drinking of alcohol the jehovah witness was arguing dat the bible does not really condemn the taking of alcohol but it condemns it when it becomes to much and he showed bible verses to support is claims while the other said the bible is against us taking alcohol and he was only able to show a verse to support his claims. then i decided to ask one of my brother in church about the topic although he said the bible did not really go against taking of alcohol but dere is one verse which say something like dis "instead of beign filled with the thing of the world be filled with the holy spirit" that this is the main reason y he is against it. i take red wine some times and i dont see anything bad in it. so i want people who have more understanding about the bible to explain better about what the bible says about taking alcohol and pls dont mind my use of english.
