Have you even tried turning the keys in both directions!? (You know some of this locks we have now, that require you turn the key as if you are locking the door to actually open it).
My dear, exhaust your options. The key is there. The master isn't wicked. He wouldn't send you without key to the door.

always make use of end tag '</fg>' which enable you to use more color text or color backgroud in a single post
