My brother, Bayelsa is a very important state. Yes, PDP has been ruling since 1999 but Sylva Timpre had 4 years of the said period (2007-2011). He performed poorly (though better than GEJ and almost at par with Dickson depending on who you ask). The Security situation then was bad and Sylva was even pelted with satchet water.
