Any moment from now, President Muhammadu Buhari would jet out to Johannesburg to attend the “Africa-China Forum” from December 4-5th 2015. This would be the President’s second trip to that country since assuming office on May 29, 2015.

Buhari totally has no clue of the consequences of his unnecessary trips abroad.For once,can't PMB just delegate his ministers or even ambassadors to do his foreign assignment for him?

Seriously, i begins to wonder when will this man seat in his own country where he was elected and do something to this prolongs fuel scarcity owing to the fact that he is the minister of petroleum. The most annoying aspect is trying to be everywhere without delegating functions to his ministers. My question is what are the functions of the serving ministers now?

I don tire,, can't he ask osibanjo to go instead of him? I think these president feels the whole of Nigeria looks like Maitama and Gwarampa so there is no problem.
He's always going immediately he comes back from one like something is chasing him.
