A Tissue Converting Company seeks the services of a qualified persons to fill the position below.

JOB TITLE: Sales Team Lead (Salary and Commission). Females are encouraged to apply
LOCATION: Lagos

JOB ROLE/FUNCTION:

1. Manage the sales team efficiently, according to the company's requirements to make and arrange sales plan, reasonable distribution,
and implementation of sales task, regular sales report and submit to Managing Director for reference.
2. Meet your sales target
3. Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications.
4. Lead the team to develop the distributors, maintain the relationship with distributors, follow up to visit distributors regularly, arrange
the visit information and feedback the distributors needs and ideas to Managing Director.
5. Organize team members to collect market information regularly, analyze market conditions, competitors and its products, feedback to
the Managing Director on a regular basis.
6. Train and coach the area sales managers, to develop a long-term plan for learning and training, and actively cultivate team members'
sales ability and team spirit.
7.Cooperate with other sales team to conduct market activities, lead or cooperate with all departments of the company to complete the
company's project work such as exhibitions, promotional activities or marketing, public relations activities.

8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
1. Graduate of any reputable University
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a reputable FMCG company. Must have solid experience in managing sales team.
3. Special Skills & Ability:

Have good ability to coach and mentor a team
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.
Good communication ability.
Principled with integrity.
Good market knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
OND or HND OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline but must have a flair for Sales and marketing. Minimum of (3) to Five years’ work experience in relevant position in any of the FMCG.
Must be Computer literate. (MS. Excel. Power Point for presentation and Internet)
Customer service and meeting sales target
Ability to Speak more than one language is an added advantage
• Presentation skills.
• Team working skills.
• Ability to make independent decision.
