Your budget is ok, but still make it up to 500k for very clean and perfect japanes toyota nissan wit a/c, I will not like a situation whereby we will experience deficit instead surplus. It is possible we eventually spend below 500k on buying, clearing and landing cost to Lagos, but just come with 500k as your budget and lets visit market to buy your car, you will see all the transaction yourself.

driving it down to your place, will cost you like 25k for the driver who will drive it down to your place. And from your budget, it is possible you have close to 25k balance or you just add small change to it. For the pics, I think it is not really necessary because I can not assure you of any car that we did not make deposit for in market. it all depends on market. and also the features in cars and cleanliness determines its price. lets looks at 1997/98 model, very clean and perfect one, we will check like close to ten or twenty out before we settle for one in market.
