Give what belongs to Caesar to Caesar.

I do not know Faleke, therefore, I am not one of his supporters. However, I do not think what went down in Kogi is fair or constitutional. Here are my reasons:

1. Without any questions, Abubakar Audu clearly won the election before he was confirmed dead (this is a fact)...which means Audu deputy should have been crowned. But as usual, you do not expect much from a country that has no respect for anything, including the constitutions.
2. Now that Audu is gone, for the sake of fairness, at least Faleke should have been selected to contest.

How do you explain to Nigerians and the world that Audu and his deputy are completely out?
I do not care if Faleke is another Tinubu's boy, If we want a better future for our country, we must not allow anything to debase the strength of our constitutions...A country that has no laws has no criminals.

Something tells me that Bello's victory may end up being reversed or annulled...Time will tell.

I can careless about Faleke or Tinubu...My focus is mostly on doing what is right correctly; Audu clearly won the election before he was confirmed dead, therefore Faleke should be the new governor of Kogi, not Bello.

THANK YOU MR. REMEMBER FALEKE HAS NO PRIMARIES TICKET AND IF YOU WANT APC TO LOSE OUT OF KOGI STATE FALEKE CAN BE GIVEN... INEC INSTRUCT THE PARTY TO REPLACE THEIR LOSE AND THE PARTY CAME OUT WITH A WISE DECISION AND YOU'RE HERE CAMPAIGN FOR PDP TO GO TO COURT IF FALEKE IS GIVEN TO TAKE THE POWER SHIFT WE LONG FOR. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

It is not always about winning or losing...doing what is right "correctly" should be our main focus. This is the only way a better future for all is guaranteed.
This victory belongs to Faleke, not Bello.

Time will tell.

You people always talk about Faleke not having primaries ticket, at what stage of the election do you need the primaries?
Secondly, what are the roles of a running mate in an election?

I'm disappointed that this is taking place on president Buhari's watch.

I hope Faleke doesn't give up...he should keep up the fight.

by saying u "think" means its ur opinion and u r not sure abt it.bt sorry sir dr is constitution for d country and dats wat inec used.if anyone is not OK with wat inec dd, d best place to settle it will b in d court.tanx
In my own little way of understanding d situation on ground.APC is jus trying to use wisdom in order not to lose to PDP in d court.as d case is now.a rerun of d election is not likely in d court so noting for PDP again as d real and genuine legal battle will b btw two APC guys.so at d end of d day even if falake win d case.its still a win win for APC.bt pushing falake to d battle at d initial stage will make APC lose to PDP jus like wat is happening to two APC senators in same kogi state.dey wr ask to vacate d seat by d court cos dey didn't win d primaries. Funny enough d court still instructed inec to strike out APC from balot paper from d schedule rerun.

You are right, this is simply my opinion, common sense, the right way of doing the right thing correctly and the path toward a better future.

All the mess you have posted says nothing, but a complete 3rd world country mentality.
Who gives a sh!T about APC or PDP? It is not always about winning or losing...doing what is right "correctly" should be our main focus.
