Hello Good People. I am in the process of acquiring a plot of land at Lekki County Phase 2, Ikota. The promoter is Megamound Ltd. Considering the numerous cases lately, of Estate promoters that promise so much and serially default on their promises, I just want to double check the antecedents of Megamound before taking the plunge. Is there anyone in here who has dealt with them? How reliable are they? Appreciate your responses. Thanks |

beholddean: Find out if its truly megamound. If it is, then they are legitimate. Megamound is owned by a billionaire. They have an estate around my area in Ibadan. The owner also owns Charlton Gate hotel in Ibadan. You should be able to get something about them from google. 1 Like |
