I know my people cannot speak with one voice, which has been our greatest shortcoming But never the less, a lot of things happen naturally to those whom the Lord has blessed. Sooner something will give. One Love 2 Likes |

I for one feel that the gagging of information in any form is wrong. Censorship should only be for offensive and Vile words. There's a reason there's freedom of speech. If Nigeria that this forum represents has not banned biafra, why ban it here? Will you also ban mention of Arewa or oduduwa? And why hide posts as it pleases? Why erase valuable information and traffic. There are sites that would even pay to build up those content and traffic. Has NL gotten so big Seun has forgotten the beginning when he used to make posts to populate his forum? Pertinent questions. 5 Likes |

illiad:I can't wait. Do that quickly. It is time to have an alternative to Nairaland. I propose some suggestions: 1. It shouldn't be hosted on a nigerian server. 2. It should protect and encourage human right. 3. It should have an unlike button 4. I should be able to know who like my posts 5. It should av all existing features of Nairaland 6. The position of Mods should be open for election for a specified period of time. 7. It should be a general forum cutting across various topics and subjects We need an alternative forum, someone should get us one ASAP. Seun just declared war on us, but we are formidable, we are resolute, we are resilient #EndTimeRule9 3 Likes |

Any new alternative has to be a Nigerian forum afterall Igbos are still in Nigeria and it will also attract other Nigerians to it. The only difference with nairaland being that it will allow a plurality of opinions including Biafran topics, without attracting a ban. Maybe Seun has been threatened. No one knows |

Someone tell Seun that before Facebook there were other popular social media, before Google there were other search engines. One simple wrong decision can fossilize what you have laboured to build over the years. The earlier you reverse this decision the better. If you were Igbo and said this, it would have been more understandable. Now even me that used not to have time to comment on Biafra is now liking and commenting every where 5 Likes |

Our enemies are not those ordinary Nigerians from other tribes who also face the same harsh economic situations as we face. Our enemies are Tribalism, Hate speeches, poor healthcare, bad roads, disunity, poverty, hunger etc. These real enemies do not differentiate between tribes and language. Let us the youth be United to build a Great Nigeria where noone will be judged by where he or she comes from but by what he or she knows and can do. |
