Here is Ekiti State Governor presenting the 2016 Budget to the Ekiti State House of Assembly. It was reported that after he finished presenting the Budget, he posed a question to the House that those in support of the Budget should say "ayes" and all the Honourable Members of the House of Assembly unanimously chorused "ayes". The Governor as seen in the picture then banged the Gavel. Thereafter, the Speaker of the House was reported to have posed the same question to the House and with a resounding unanimous "ayes" the budget was passed without any deliberation or consideration.
