Yahoo mail is trying so hard to maintain her stand, quoting The Senior Product Manager Shiv Shankar, He said

We introduced multiple mailbox management for Outlook.com, Hotmail and AOL Mail. Yet, something was missing from the list – the ability to connect your Gmail and Google Apps account to Yahoo Mail. You asked for it and now it’s here!

Log in to your yahoo mail then click on the gear icon at the top right , then select SETTINGS, after which a window will pop up.
Click on Accounts.



Click the space provided for add another mail box
Select your Email provider.


Grant yahoo access to your gmail by clicking allow

CLICK DONE AND SAVE
You will be redirected to your yahoo after few seconds

You can also do the same with gmail (you can add your yahoo account). Alternatively, if you do happen to have Windows 10, you could add all your email accounts to the native application.
