[b][/b]Please nairalanders. I found woman that said she works with the Federal Ministry Of Lands - Housing And Urban Development. And she said they can do a federal government C of O. Can anyone explain if there's a difference between. Federal government c of o and a state government c of o? And would there be any consequences if I work with her to acquire a federal government c of o? Please I need help. |

Federal C of O is only applicable in FG estates, there are not a lot of them or lets say less than 5% in Lagos. Majority is private land/omonile land and some few Lagos state schemes. FG CofO is only useful/needed if your property is on federal estate/land like say festac, osborne foreshore etc. |
