1. Female Sales Representative: Candidate must have Good communication skills; Critical reasoning ability; Good relations & interpersonal skills; Negotiation skills; Good quantitative and computer skills and Good problem solving skills.Candidate must have cognate experience especially in the real estate industry. Candidate must have a B.SC/HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower and Lower Credit Respectively.

2. Architect: Candidate must have at least 2-4 years on the role; experience in Real Estate Industry would be an added advantage. Candidate must have B.SC/HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower and Lower Credit

3. Civil Engineer: Candidate must have at least 2-4 years on the role; experience in Real Estate Industry would be an added advantage. Candidate must have B.SC/HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower and Lower Credit.

If you have good experience about sales of land and properties.. It's an advantage .. They just wanna know you can really start selling immediately (Asin getting clients) *this is for the sales part* ..

Just normal talks with the owner .. He just wanna know if you can do the job.. No be strong interview like that. Just share your experience and how you got handle the stuff, that's all.
