You can't be more shocked than I am right now. This is what I saw with my own eyes and you can be too sure that it speaks volumes of our poor management culture and zero value for safety. Ladder can now do better what stair cases can do. Big Shame! AIR PASSENGERS ASKED TO USE A LADDER!
