go to about phone an update your phone ... 1st update is around 23 mb , after that go there an update it again , 2nd update is around 73 mb that solves all those wahala .... be careful with the update mine frustrated me like hell.. I got this info from call care ... its not yet perfect but what's app messages don't hang again, 3g only option, and all DAT is fixed .... d multitasking is a bit improved... u will enjoy ur phone more after update.. trust me, do it and thank me later 1 Like |

I also have a problem with mine when ever I'm downloading + watching a video + charging the phone keeps restarting but if I remove d charger d phone stops restarting also whenever I minimize an app and go to another app then go back to the previous app d app starts from beginning. Please I need help asap |

go to system update and go update it to the latest version. I swear that one dey receive all d WhatsApp ,bbm , fb messenger wateva messages like craze.. and it multitasks better. |

Just update your phone and you will start receiving notifications of any kind, plus the latest update included a fast charge i.e my phone charges faster than before. Download and install all the updates that pops out. Check your system update if you didn't see any. You can see the WhatsApp and Gmail notification at the notification bar in my phone.

Patience sure pays, i was so into this phone, now i look back and see my friends with it, the quality isn't what i really like, the phone is an ok phone no doubt but the hype.. |
