Everybody likes to talk, give opinion and present speeches like they could do better, you we guys, while watching football we always have a better formation, substitution and better instructions than the coach, and the ladies at weddings becomes expert wedding planners, they always a better way to do it all, the makeup, dress, shoes always have a better combination or style.

The funny thing is that these sets of people are called the observers, they are not professionals or experts, some may have little knowledge, others no knowledge at all but can pickup the tiniest mistakes and always have a solution to it. They make the professionals and experts look ridiculous when they start their analysis, when you hear them you want to recommend them for your next job. They're so good with speeches and analysis that Larry king and Ben Carson should start considering taking classes from the them.

The truth is that we are all observers, at one point or the other we have been criticized things, event or/and people making ourselves believe we can be better, do better and trying to convince others that it's all wrong. I've always criticize the theater pratitioners expecially NOLLYWOOD. To me the actions are not good enough to be in our screen, their stories are boring and poor, the conclusion makes no sense, until I joined the drama group of my church then I realized that this thing is no joke and it's not my calling, watching them act I manage to convince myself it's all easy and I can do better, I can write better stories, be a better director but when reality sets in I wasn't even close to their standards and that is how most of us are.

The fact is that the criticism is important and without it the world won't be here today, it helps us develop and has contributed largely to our growth, it gives us that sense of responsibility and a need to always improve and be better. We live on criticism, feed on it and only those that can digest well grow healthy.

In conclusion criticize and be ready to be criticized too, its not an offence, in fact it's part of our human nature, so when you get criticized don't hate that person or yourself for it. It only means the world want a better you and they acknowledge you. You should worry when you don't get criticism it means you're not doing something right.
