I understand CBN gov trying to curb the rate @which Nigerians are spending outside with the current world oil price downcast tilting to 30something dollars per barrel but ppl won't vacate main road because someone is being knocked down with a vehicle...........


Enormous reasons why one would need to access his/her funds outside the country are already listed by Ben Bruce..... I see no reason why I shld be disfranchised when I have legitimate source of fund


CBN should rather face PEPs and co not punishing an average Nigerian......
