Western Union is available but they can't send above a certain amount. Kindly tell ur family in naija to go make enquiry from the bank the maximum amount they can send via Western union. If the money ur people want to send is above the limit, they can split it in 2 ways.

Well...not all banks stopped the full use of their naira ATM abroad. GTB & Zenith bank for instance only limited the amount you can spend per month ($1000 monthly)...with options of POS, Withdraw & Online shopping (foriegn). While Wema bank also did the same but you can only use theirs for POS and online shopping. I'm aware that diamond bank & Standard chartered stopped the full use of their cards.

Discuss around with people who may need naira
They provide Vietnamese currency to you while you transfer naira to them

It could be dollar too to ensure ease of rate conversion

Exchange the bitcoin with any bitcoin exchanger in Vietnam for Vietnam dong
