MTN just debited by account for just no reason when I did not subscribe to any of their stupid service.

Just received a msg from them = 307=== Yellow, your MTN BackUp subscription has been renewed at N50. Your subscription will be renewed on 01/12/2016.

How can MTN be debiting someone's account for what the person did not subscribe to?

I think I need to contact NCC on this and seek and also institute legal action against them.

No matter how small the amount involved, I will surely make case with them.

Same with me, I just noticed they removed N350 from my account, I really dunno what they took it for

I cannot understand how MTN will be debiting an account of someone for a service you did not subscribe and also stating that they will renew same by 01/12/2016.

MTN management team are bundle of thieves and should be investigated by NCC. You will be receiving unsolicited text msgs for no reason. There was a time I was receiving about 50 unsolicited txt msgs within 10 mins.

I had to go to their online chart and they apologized on that issue.After some days it started again, by sending other txt msgs.

Earlier b4 this, I have thrown away one MTN lines because of unsolicited txt mgs of which if the phone is on in the night or day, over 100 unsolicited txt msgs will be coming until the mail box could not contacin the msgs after deleting, it will continue until I had to brake the line and threw it away.

MTN is just fraud.
